Learn execution. Master the craft.

You'll learn our full four-step service process: mowing, edging, trimming, and blower finish; along with route efficiency, equipment care, and what a perfect job looks like. No experience required; we train everything.

Team Lead

Lead the route. Own the outcome.

As a Team Lead you own the route: planning, quality, timing, and training. You'll lead crew members, hit daily revenue targets, handle basic customer questions, and understand the numbers behind the business.

Leads full crew and handles day-to-day field decisions by season two

Operations Manager

Run the business day-to-day.

The top of the pipeline. You'll schedule all routes, manage 1–3 crews, own hiring and training, handle quality control, and drive the systems that let the business grow.
